The Role
Crownrock is hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to contact highly targeted property owners and generate qualified real estate opportunities.
You will speak directly with potential sellers, build rapport, uncover their situation and motivation, and move qualified opportunities through our acquisitions process.
This is a performance-based sales position for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to highly targeted property owners
- Start natural, professional conversations with potential sellers
- Identify motivation, property condition, timeline, and asking price
- Qualify potential real estate opportunities
- Consistently follow up with prospects
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
- Work with the acquisitions team to move qualified opportunities toward closing
- Meet weekly goals for conversations, qualified leads, and deals generated
What We're Looking For
- Confident and persuasive phone presence
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Competitive, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection
- Consistent with organization and follow-up
- Coachable and willing to participate in training and call reviews
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
- Previous cold-calling, real estate, appointment-setting, or sales experience is preferred but not required

Monthly potential at 1–3 deals
This is a commission-only position. Compensation is entirely performance-based, and earnings are not guaranteed — but there is significant room for growth as production increases.
